NORTHPOINT FRESH

Located in Commerce Park Chicago, studioNorth transformed a newly constructed site-cast concrete speculative shell building into a build-to-suit cold storage fulfillment and distribution facility, incorporating insulated box-in-box construction with a DX refrigeration system. The multi-temperature warehouse accommodates a diverse range of temperature-sensitive products, serving sectors such as fresh foods, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.

The food grade facility includes a cool dock, temperature-controlled insulated metal panel (IMP) coolers, and 16,000 sf of supporting office space and ancillary functions.
