Arizona-Beyond Self Storage

The Tempe Beyond Self Storage project combines a climate-controlled Class A facility with an indoor drive-in loading area, leasing office, conference room and a commissioned art installation integrated into the main facade. studioNorth collaborated with local artist Daniel Moore of The Oxide Studio to translate an initial mosaic paint concept into a distinctive oxidized-steel installation for the City of Tempe's Art in Private Development program.
