Arlington Heights - Beyond Self Storage

The Arlington Heights Self Storage project includes an indoor climate controlled loading and unloading area, conference room available to the tenants and a management leasing office. The project was built on a site with an existing building that was demolished. The site geometry was long and skinny, with storm water management facilities at the rear, and a short street frontage. The paving was also shared with the neighboring property which allowed for better site circulation as you approached the back of the site. studioNorth assisted with planning and zoning approvals, attending meetings with the city to gain approval.
