Brooks-Public Storage

The Brooks Self Storage project includes an indoor climate controlled loading and unloading area, conference room available to the tenants and a management leasing office. This 3-story wiht a basement project was built to take advantage of the site topography. The studioNorth was able to utilize a sloping site and create a basement level, which allowed total stories of storage use being entirely constructed out of light gauge cold form steel members, which saved cost.
