Coldpoint Logistics

Coldpoint Logistics is a flexible build-to-suit cold storage facility positioned between major BNSF and Union Pacific intermodal hubs. The project combines high-performance freezer and cooler environments with a deep cold dock, specialized racking, maintenance and battery charging areas, food-grade boxing operations, an on-site USDA office and a two-story workplace. Sustainable features include locally sourced materials and a roof-mounted solar array.
