NorthPoint Fresh transformed a newly built concrete shell into a fully customized, multi-temperature cold storage fulfillment and distribution facility. The food-grade design uses insulated box-in-box construction and DX refrigeration to support fresh foods, pharmaceuticals and electronics, with cool docks, temperature-controlled rooms and modern office and support space.
