Port Richey - Beyond Self Storage

The Port Richey Self Storage project includes an indoor climate controlled loading and unloading area, conference room available to the tenants, secured exterior RV/ boat parking and a management leasing office. The site geometry was long and skinny, proving challenging to place the drive-thru, entry and main office on a busy street corner. Due to the location of the project, the owner elected to dedicate a portion of the site to secure exterior RV/ boat storage using a surface parking lot.
