Target Distribution Center

The I-75 Logistics Center includes a 1.38 million SF build-to-suit distribution facility for Target with a large storage mezzanine, two-story office and supporting site buildings. The design addresses safe egress from the expansive mezzanine while incorporating Target branding, recessed entries, canopies and two-story glazing. Additional facilities support transportation, maintenance, inspection and site operations.
