West Chester Trade Center

West Chester Trade Center features 11 rear-loaded industrial buildings constructed from tilt-up and precast concrete, each with a clear height of 36 feet, resulting in a total park building area of nearly 3,000,000 sf. Designed specifically for this park, the building prototype incorporates multiple entry storefronts to accommodate a range of tenants, from small businesses to full building users.
