The Brookside East Self Storage project features an indoor climate-controlled loading and unloading drive-in area, a conference room, and a management leasing office. studioNorth navigated entitlement challenges, including rezoning the site from residential to commercial and addressing a development overlay that required city planning approval, along with recommendations from neighborhood stakeholders, including the neighboring Research Medical Center and Community Development Committee.
