Situated within the Three Trails Industrial Center, this 182,000-square-foot facility—originally developed as a speculative warehouse—has been transformed into a cutting-edge cold storage distribution center. Strategically positioned near the junction of two major highways in Kansas City, the facility now serves as a critical logistics hub for one of the nation’s leading specialty brewers, supporting distribution across more than 32 states.

Major enhancements include vertical dock levelers, temperature-controlled insulated metal panel (IMP) coolers, ambient dry dock storage, and 4,000 square feet of modern office space. The facility is designed with future scalability in mind, allowing for the integration of a bottling line and additional convertible cooler space as operational needs evolve.
