Located in Commerce Park Chicago, this advanced cold storage fulfillment and distribution facility was transformed from a newly built site-cast concrete shell into a fully customized, multi-temperature environment. Featuring insulated box-in-box construction and a DX refrigeration system, the facility supports a wide range of temperature-sensitive products—from fresh foods to pharmaceuticals and electronics.

Designed to meet food-grade standards, it includes a cool dock, insulated metal panel (IMP) temperature-controlled rooms, and 16,000 SF of modern office and support space—delivering efficiency, flexibility, and reliability for high-performance cold chain operations.
