Located outside Dayton, Legrand requested a 627,171 sf build-to suit with the possibility of a 419,000 sf expansion for their C2G distribution warehouse. The tilt construction building incorporates a connecting 17,000 sf exterior office building, remote offices and ancillary spaces.
