TARGET DISTRIBUTION CENTER

The I-75 Logistics Center includes a 1,383,296 sf build-to-suit facility for Target, featuring a 403,000 sf storage mezzanine with potential for a future second-level expansion, and a 45,400 sf, two-story office, and exterior ADA-accessible break room patios. To comply with code requirements for egress in a large building format, the facility incorporates external egress stair towers, facilitating safe exits from the expansive second-story mezzanine.

The design emphasizes a recessed main entry, canopy overhangs, two-story windows, and Target’s signature red branding. Additional site features include an on-site maintenance shop, office transportation building, inspection canopy, pump house, and elevated guard house.
