CENTRAL SURFACES
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI
This project transformed a 800 sf showroom & 2,900 sf office into a vibrant, 14,000+ sf design hub. Previously a woodworking shop, the space was dark, compartmentalized, and inaccessible. Strategic demolition, a new storefront, and discovered natural light completely redefined the interior. Phased demolition ensured business operations continued throughout construction. Key features include a projector room for slab and cabinet previews, a working faucet island, and advanced stone applications. Locally crafted kitchen and bath vignettes offer inspiration across styles and budgets. The result is more than a showroom—it’s a community-centered destination for design professionals and clients alike, celebrating local craftsmanship, innovation, and the brand’s evolution.
